Controlled the delinquency on outstanding loans up to two months past due. Evaluated member’s financial situation and determined the proper method of approach. Analyzed credit reports, counseled members, and developed strong communication skills. Maintained a high tolerance for stress. Developed organizational abilities and analytical skills.
